No delivery, no refund.

Good Day Regarding Order # *** On 21 July 2021 my order was placed with you for an oxygen machine for almost R7000.00, it was paid and never delivered. On 01 March 2022 my bank details was supp**** to you for a promise of a refund and up to date still no refund received nor any response to various mails afterwards. Next steps will be to contact Carte Blanche and open a case at SAPS... Please make contact urgently, so that it can be resolved before further steps are forced.
