No delivery, no communication and no refund

I ordered items in March 2022 from Manicaa online. After a few emails and calls, I was told that my items were lost in transit and I have an option to wait or ask for a refund. I first told them that I will wait up until last month. I still haven't received my order. On the 26th of July I asked for a refund and since have not heard from them.
