No delivery after 2 months - call centre does not answer the phone

Please don’t use this company for online shopping. Placed an order for 4 pairs of sun sleeves on 27 Sept 2020 and paid via Payfast. Order confirmation came through to confirm delivery 7 to 15 days. Tried to call after 15 days no answer. Finally got a reply that it was delivery and signed for in the Western Cape. My delivery address is Gauteng approx 7 kms from their warehouse- still struggling to get my delivery - avoid this online shopping platform
