No communication
I have placed an order early December 2022 and received received an email stating that I would receive my parcel first week of January 2023. I have sent multiple emails to follow up and phoned hundreds of times but no luck. This is the worst communication from a company I have ever dealt with. My order nr is ***. I don't mind if I have to wait but communication would be appreciated
