No communication AFTER PAYING.
I placed an order for a microwave waveguide on the 23rd of May 2020. I received an email from payfast confirming order and my order number is #***. I have not received any information on when I can expect my product to arrive or any communication at all from Manicaa. There is no number for me to call. I have sent emails with no response. At this point I'm hoping this company is not a ***** given all the terrible reviews here on Hello Peter. I'd hate to lose my cash, glad I didn't purchase more items. Tough times and we all need reassurance we aren't being ****med and throwing our monies down the drain. Will update if I receive any further communication or if my product actually arrives.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we have received a large number of requests during this Covid-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

14 Jun 2020, 10:13I stil have unfortunately not received my refund at no response to any of my mails both at Manicaa and Payfast. I am concerned if I will receive it at all in fact.I have been sitting with a microwave I cannot use while at lockdown at home with my family.I have been severely inconvenienced.
