No action on previous compliant !!

Still no refund - after my initial post (about 2 weeks) concerning a refunds dating back to about 6 months . They immediately took up contact with me asking the ref number , which I gave . they then confirmed payment will be made to my account will be made . TO DATE still nothing. They seem to react tp post as they are trying to save their name - but there is no follow up or rectification of the complaint . I have sent them numerous emails requesting when payment was made and no curtesy of a reply . Do these guys have any personal as the phone is never answered - Do they actually exist ??
