Nice phones very long delivery time

Products took a while to come, but nice phones. I was not warned that all the plug connections would need replacing. The wall plug needed an SA adapter. The telephone wall plug dishy for our wall socket, I had to buy new plugs and I could only get them on amazon UK. Its gone that I needed them, but give a person a heads up so I can buy the necessary attachments in time for the arrival of the units. Thank god my old phones were still working, otherwise I would have been without a phone for a month
