NEVER BUY FROM MANICAA!!!!

I ordered an item from Manicaa early in October. On 26/10/2022 I received an email from them stating that the product was out of stock (on the site it was clearly stated IN STOCK when I ordered!) and that I would be refunded within 7 - 14 working days. I have send them numerous emails the last 2 months asking why I have not yet received my refund. They "sincerely apologized", promised to investigate and to then provide me with proof of the refund (almost R1500.00!!). Then: nothing until my next query. I know it was Christmas and New Year, but they had more than enough time to refund me before the holidays begun. I sent another query today, and know that I will receive an apology within 48 hours. I do not want any more apologies, I want (need) my money back!!
