MONEY TAKEN ...NO GOODS RECEIVED AND NO REFUND.

I paid for an order and 10days later, after enquiring about the ETA on my delivery, they inform via email that the item is out of stock. I sent them my banking details for a refund immediately and have to date not been able to get in touch with anyone or get a reply to my emails on my refund. Their number has a repetitive automated voice that says the same thing but no human ever comes to the phone or bothers to call back. My money has been taken and no goods or refund received . Becareful and do not use.
