Misleading Info and poor service
I ordered a Camera from the above on the understanding that it would be delivered within 10 to 21 days. Once I paid I was told that it would be shipped by the 25th October. I followed up on the status of my order only to be told that the order now would be delayed by 2 months without giving any reasonable explanation. I asked for a refund and gave my details. I now get another automated reply stating that refund will take up to 2 months.

26 Oct 2021, 09:44I have sent further emails to request a refund and have had no Reply , I have also logged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission and if I have not received a refund or reasonable explanation intent to lay a Charge of ***** against the company
