MINUS stars should be given... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Rating should be less than one star! My ratings are reported as derogatory and then removed by HP - this is because this company is ********* and does NOT deliver on their orders. I have been waiting 12 months for one item out of 4 - each delivered 8-12 months late! They refuse to acknowledge that the item is still outstanding. eMails are answered 6-10 weeks after being sent, if at all.
