Manicca.com delivery problem

I ordered and paid in full for 3 bottles of Silver Polish from Manicca in Jul/Aug 21and was told there was a delay and my order would be delivered in the week of the 15th Oct. That date came and went with no update and I received no response to my many phone calls. After many attempts I received an email in Dec from Zara, thanking me for my patience and promising delivery soon. It is now March and despite emails and phone call still no response. I have asked for my money to be refunded but still no contact.
