Manicca.com cannot be trusted

After my review stating they never credited me. Manicaa.com was very quick to advise they are sorry for the delay (4 months ) and they will correct it. Still to day no credit into my account. How can they still be in business as they are cheating the clients Taking the money and then having no stock and never refunding. Great business model
