Manicaa.co/Musika On Line - Zero delivery of online ordered goods?

I ordered goods to the value of R 2388 from Manicaa.com which uses an account at ABSA named Musika Online Shopping (Pty) Ltd. After payment of the order there is no invoice send to you confirming the payment of the goods, which is what raised a suspicion to me about the site. The message received was that my order is not complete and that I should go back to their site in order to complete my order. When I started investigating I saw that there were extensive complaints about Manicaa.com. Their website does not state the name of the director neither is there an address. When one goes to the contact us page on their website the Google map address on the page is an address in Montreal Canada. Nothing about this company adds up. When you inquire about your order you can only do so by mail because no phone is answered by Manicaa. The standard reply given is that the goods will be delivered in 30 days! One only has 40 days in which to get your payment reversed by the bank. So with enough delaying tactics you loose your money. I was fortunate to get my payment reversed by a very professional ABSA ***** team.
