Manicaa.com Waiting for Refund

After placing an order for an item on May 9th 2022, I was informed several weeks later that the item was no longer available. They offered another manufacturer but this was not suitable and I opted for the refund. It is now mid September 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund of 3789,00 rands. Despite constant e-mails to them all I receive is automated responses.
