Manicaa.com took my money and now couldn't be contacted

I bought an item from Manicaa.com and they acknowledged payment on 13 August 2020. Since then they shut their WhatsApp channel for queries, never responded to emails or answered their “Phone Hotline”. A successful online business does not go uncontactable for more than 2 months. At this point I have lost hope of a successful outcome and can only warn others. Purchase from this site at your own peril.
