Manicaa order *** Absolutely terrible service. Placed order and paid for AC Heater Control panel on 2 August 2021. Received email stating that delivery will be delayed. After numerous follow-up requested refund on 19 April 2022 as Manicca was unable to say when I can expect to receive the product. Waiting since 19 April 2022 for refund. Emails being ignored. Made telephonic enquiry. Manicaa staff indicated the system is down and that they will come back to me. Still waiting for any feedback. Manicaa order ***
