Manicaa.com lack of customer service
Im still struggling with these people. They contacted me to post a good review regarding my refunds. It took them 2 months to refund me a a lot of complaints. Im now still waiting on an order that was shipped mid August and still not getting any feedback from them when i query it. Two weeks ago they apparently looked into it and were supposed to get back to me with an answer. Still waiting.....

05 Oct 2021, 22:57I apologize, I have to withdraw what I said about this company. Turns out they just have more customers than they can comfortably deal with. They also did refund me in full on out of stock and undelivered items. They DO have really good quality items and I would recommend giving them a try. You won't know if the item is available till a couple days after ordering, but if it is available, you won't be disappointed with what you recieved. Thank you manicaa.com, I really like my new tobacco pouch. Even though it was a suggested alternative to one not available, it's an absolutely beautiful leather pouch.
