I ordered and paid for confirmed goods as far back as 10 September 2021. Despite many frustrating phone calls of which only 1 was answered and several emails and messages on their website no delivery or indication of exactly when the goods will be posted to me. I have a tracking number which is the only positive information of any relevance in so far as their service is concerned even though it goes back to 16 September 2021! An absolute disgrace.
