Still waiting for my refund after i returned my wifes birthday present. Wrong appliance and almost have the price in value i have paid. After 23 e-mails i phoned them, still waiting for the call. Anybody that can provide me with a contact person who i can call. Switchboard doesnt know the manager or superior's number.
