Manicaa.com. Be careful

I have ordered a dictaphone from Manicaa.com. Received initial email that I my order has been processed and I should receive delivery between the 13th and 15th November 2021. To date I have not received my order, my emails go unanswered, and the landline immediately puts you to a recorded message that all lines are busy, please hold. You can stay on hold for 30 min, it will say the same thing. Please be very weary of this online company which advertises heavily on the south African search engines
