Manicaa... Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!

I placed an order with Manicaa, they confirmed that everything is fine and that the order has been placed. After a LONG wait, they informed me that my order has been placed and it will be delivered shortly. The same day, I received an email from Courier Guy stating that there was NOTHING to collect! I sent an email to uAfrica AND I phoned Manicaa. Firtsly you wait a LONG time on the line to speak to someone at Manicaa, Secondly, they said they will follow up and call me back. NO ONE phoned me back!!! I received an email that again stated that my order is ready for shipment and AGAIN received an email from The Courier Guy that there is NOTHING to collect!!! I phoned Manicaa AGAIN, now they want me to make a NEW order?????

This is the WORST customer service I have EVER received! If I am unable to get what I ordered within this week, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I would definitively not recommend anyone buy anything from Manicaa, as you REALLY struggle to get what you have ordered AND you struggle to actually speak to someone AND get proper assistance!
