Manicaa - service is poor

I order on the 12 November 2021 parts from Manicaa after make the payment I receive an email to say I will receive the parts around the 6 December 2021. Still I didn't receive the parts, they don't answer my emails and they also don't answer their phone. After reading all the review it look if I can forget to receive anything from them.
