manicaa refund policy sucks
My experience has been poor both on delivery, follow up of order and most importantly refund. The item received not the same ordered, sent it back and until today am waiting for the refund, every time i have been advised the matter has been escalated to management blablabla...but the truth is no refund received! Just unacceptable
