Manicaa product never materialize

Bridgett the consultant of Manicaa.com was excellent. She helped me soo much after i waited months for my product. She really went out of her way to help me. She needs 5 stars, but for the order and shipment side of Manicaa.com they need no stars. First they lost my order, then they cannot find my order, then they misplaced it. That was really bad.
