Manicaa please refund my money!

Waiting since June 2022 for an order, they advised there was a delay and delivery will take place 1st week in October 2022. After following up I was advised that the product has been returned to the UK, as the date on the product has expired. I asked for a refund, gave them banking details twice, and have not heard from them eversince. I keep on phoning, but no answer. Same with e-mail, no response. I just want my money back please.
