Manicaa - order never delivered and terrible communication and service

I placed an order for piano stickers on 31 October 2021.

I paid and received notification that my order would be delivered within the week of 29 November 2021.

The delivery date went passed and no communication was sent from them.

I tried numerous times to phone them but every time message saying they had high call volumes, no matter what day or time. No calls answered and no one phoned me back.

I emailed many times trying to find out what happened to my order and eventually a sales rep, Zara, contacted me saying that they had high order volumes for this item and it would be another 2 weeks.

That delivery date also passed with no communication from them.

I once again phoned without success. I finally emailed them to cancel my order and get a refund.

Zara said that she would arrange the refund and I needed to provide my banking details which I did. 7 January 2022.

I emailed again on 11 January 2022 asking for confirmation that they had received my email with banking details and when my refund would be given.

I have heard nothing further. I emailed again today and have heard nothing yet.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that people NOT to use Manicaa as their service and communication is terrible not to mention not delivering an item that was paid for. Rather use TakeALot or Amazon.com
