Manicaa order #*** - Out of stock refund, now unable to get any feedback

The facts are: * Manicaa Order: #*** Beurer HA85 Rechargeable Digital Hearing Amplifiers, 2 piece – SKU: B08FPFQB7R Order date: 22 August 2022 Payment of R3 850 made on 22 August 2022 and acknowledged by Manicaa.com * Order was stuck on pending - sent 4 emails and tried to call numerous times - no answer to emails, nor getting through to call them. Sent email to say I will go to the Ombudsman and SAFPS and then they responded to say, "Sorry for the delay and my order will be dispatched on 12 September." * Then at exact same time I received another email to say the item I ordered was out of stock and a refund will be done. * I received another email to say I must verify my banking details, which I did on 30 August 2022. Manicaa acknowledged receipt of banking details and said that the refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days. * I sent follow up email on 7 September to enquire how far the refund process was, as I needed the money to order another hearing amplifier from a company that does have stock. I received an immediate response from Manicaa to say, "They received payment for my order". * The hearing amplifier I ordered, that was out of stock at Manicaa, is still on their online shopping platform and it still shows "In stock"

I am very worried that I will not get my money refunded.
