Manicaa Order

My experience with Manicaa has been very dissatisfying. I ordered goods in June and my parcel was meant to arrive in July. When July arrived, after calling them and emailing them almost every single day they finally got back to me saying my parcel has been delayed an it will only arrive in October. When it came closer to end of October, assuming my parcel was on its way, I called their customer line but was not successful. I ended up emailing them everyday and ended up receiving a mail that my parcel is still delayed and will only arrive November. The amount of times my parcel has been delayed is ridiculous. Whenever I do try to reach out to them via call, their line always drops and I always end up hearing from them once a month or not even at all. We're in December already and I still haven't received any communication from them nor do I know where my package it. I haven't even received a tracking number to see where it might be. This whole experience with them has been a pain considering the fact that I always have to send out multiple emails for them to get back to me.
