Manicaa - one of the worst
One of the worst experiences ever. I had ordered two items - the first one was disappointing (it looked completely different to the catalogue picture) and the second item never arrived (I waited over 3 months). I was told I could return the first item on delivery of the second but now they retract and even charged me for delivery. Absolutely outrages. The worst customer service I ever experienced.
