Manicaa- no refund since 22 August 2021

Manicaa advertised a Duvet set for R1500 on their website. I ordered it on 22 August 2021. A few days later they advised they don't have stock and requested that I provide my banking details for a refund. As per the Consumer Act, sellers are not allowed to withhold refunds for more than 30 days. It is the 25 October 2021 and I have still not received my refund. They advertised more than 2 weeks ago that they will refund and send proof of my refund. When asking for this information it took another 4 days to tell me the same thing they have told me for weeks...they forwarding my email to their team. I cannot understand why they have Customer support when they cannot assist you. I have asked politely several times over several weeks for my refund as I have a medical operation and desperately need my refund...still nothing. I am taking this for further as a legal matter if I do not get my money back this week. They removed my last review and will continue to post until resolved. Be aware of buying anything at Manicaa.
