Manicaa no joy
Dear hellopeter
Have to agree with all the previous posts on hellopeter. I have placed an order 27/07/2020 via EFT - and did everything as required. Now I am told that I need a pdf file as proof of payment and have to go to the bank to obtain it - as my order number and proof of payment apparently cannot be tracked. When you are used to other service providers you take their efficiency for granted. I am a first time buyer at Manicaa and am very disappointed. Not once ever had I received a request regarding the format my proof of payment was forwarded to the provided email to any service provider - they seem to track your order based on the order number.
I will never order from Manicaa again.
To any other person wanting to order from Manicaa - please do not send them an email - you never get a reply. Talking via the watsapp app - also brings no joy. Kiss your hard earned money good bye - your purchase will never arrive.
