Manicaa, no communication when orders are delayed.

i have ordered on their website 3 times and i know i wait at least 4 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately they have the products i need and not sure where else to order. to pay a delivery fee they ask and still wait so long is ridiculous. my last order was supposed to be delivered between 21-28 Sept. it is yet again 2 weeks on. i don't get hold of the via Email, WhatsApp line, or any option telephonically.
