Manicaa never delivered.

I ordered a rope for my wood burner stove online on 26 October 2021. I almost immediately received a confirmation email that promised delivery in the week following 22 Nov 2021. To this date no delivery was received and despite two "please contact me" messages on their website Contact Page no reply was received frome them.
