This item is not what its advertised at. I have phoned (got a response one time and lady said she would look into it and get back to me) since then the phone goes to voice mail and the mail box is full. I have written numerous email stating its not what I expected and I want to return this item thats not fit for purpose. They advertise if you return in original package within 7 day ! how do I do that if I am unable to make contact. Very disappointed as I really wanted to plant my climbing trumpet squash
