Manicaa is OK | Retracting My Earlier Erroneous Review

I read a lot of bad reviews on manicaa.com after making my purchase, regretted that purchase and posted an earlier bad review of the site as I thought I was probably ****med. My earlier complaints were that they did not respond or notify me when I will be getting my order, after making my purchase. I've since found out that they did and the e-mail was sent to my SPAM folder, hence I missed it. My product did arrive on time and in good condition yesterday. I bought OSCO bookends.

My only discomfort is that it took 3 weeks to arrive despite being on time and despite the product being in stock. I have said I do extend the benefit of the doubt to them as it was likely the pandemic affecting how they operate. My only request is to please sort out your online chats for clients looking to get assistance and if a store representative is not available to respond to queries in the chat, it should say or indicate that that way clients are not waiting too long to be responded to.

Part of what concerned me earlier is the online chat for which I sent messages and got no response and began wondering if the site was even real. This does not work in your favor and help to allay the fears of anyone concerned. It took some days before someone actually responded. Please fix this. It does harm to your business.

My experience with manicaa was OK.
