Manicaa is NOT a ****. Yes people, I actually received my orders.

I know you all think that this business is a ****, but surprisingly it's actually not. Manicaa IS A LEGIT business, I swear to that, and they actually do deliver......though it may take much longer than expected and a couple of annoying phone calls, but if you're persistent enough, at the end of it all, you will actually receive your products.

I ordered 2 health products from them and made my full payment without any hesitation. It was my very first time ordering from them. After securing my order, I later got a little curious and decided to check their reviews....and boy did I get the shock of my LIFE!!! Nearly every single review about them was negative. Tons of people complained that they never received the products they ordered, and never received any refunds either. Others complained that Manicaa never responds to any complaints and that they don't have any reliable contact point of communication. Of course, I immediately started to panic because I had already just given them my money. The more reviews I read, the more I convinced myself that I had just thrown away my hard earned cash.

I tried to relax and decided to calm down and wait to see things for myself. It was hard to ignore the harsh reviews of furious and frustrated customers, but I tried hard not to think about it and just give them a chance to prove themselves.

To my surprise, a couple of days later, I get an email from them telling me that they have no stock for one of my orders. I immediately started to panic...."there goes my money" i told myself. In the email, they offered a replacement product (a different brand) and also the option to request for a full refund. I accepted the replacement product because a refund would pointless based on the many reviews i read of how Manicaa NEVER refunds anyone for anything. They then sent me more robotic emails and shifted the delivery date to the following month. I still calmed down, and trusted their word....I mean....it's not like I had any choice anyways.

I obviously tried multiple times to email them and also tried calling their DEAD customer service line, with no hope.....until one lucky day I managed to get a hold of a representative. The lady assured me that everything would be fine, and that I had nothing to worry about. Yet again, I trusted their word, and decided to be patient.

About a month later, I received an email from them informing me that my delivery had been dispatched and Is on the way. I COMPLETELY LOST MY MIND, I WAS SO HAPPY....until I took a closer look at the email, only to realize that they were only sending One of the Two products I had ordered. I was pretty chilled about it....I mean....at least I got something back from the notorious Manicaa. I later successfully received my first delivery and I was very satisfied....exactly what i ordered in very good condition. After that, I sent a couple of follow up emails in regards to my second delivery which they did not deliver. They responded with an actual personalized email for a change, and assured me that I would receive my outstanding order. Of course this time, I trusted them and patiently waited.

...and yep, the order finally came through exactly as they had told me. It was the replaced order, but I was still satisfied and happy with it, since it basically served the same purpose. So sent a happy email to them expressing my gratitude, and I promised to write a good review about them, which I am doing right now :)

So yeah guys, that's my story with Manicaa. I don't see myself ordering from them again future LOL...since I consider myself extremely lucky for actually getting my products....but they're actually not so bad guys. Just be patient with them and BOTHER THEM A LOT WITH EMAILS AND CALLS....and trust me, they will deliver eventually.
