Manicaa has not refunded me for 7 months

Do not trust this seller. They will not refund you when you order online and they have no stock of the item. Their phone line does not work, they give you a false sense of hope and promise to refund your money, but they do not and then start ignoring your emails. They owe me R1500 and have been waiting for 7 months for my refund. I have had to now report this order *** to my bank and open a ******** case against them.
