Manicaa - good communication and items received when promised

I noticed some negative reviews about this business, however the experience I had with my recent order (delivered Friday 9th October) was fine - the order did take some weeks to be shipped, nevertheless I was kept informed constantly and the order indeed shipped by the date promised. The goods received were exactly as advertised. I assume the delay to receive stock is that goods are sourced from suppliers to order. I don't have a problem with that, the item I needed was not available anywhere else. Well done Manicaa - and good luck.
