Manicaa - do not send them money. They willnot supply goods.

I placed an order about a year ago and paid. No delivery and then a note to say they do not have the product and I will be refunded. No refund but on 13 Oct 2021, I received the following mail from them> "We are sorry that a refund hasn't been deposited and that you had to follow up multiple times regarding this refund, we are aware of the reputation our company holds and we are reaching out to be completely transparent with our valued customers.

While we work on the delay on our end, we would like to ensure that the refund will be processed and kindly request to a Grace period of TWO months to ensure that your refund is successfully processed however we aim to resolve as soon as possible and to get back into ensuring good service delivery to all our valued customers such as yourself

Our intention at Manicaa is for our customers to know that we are doing our absolute best to get back to them as soon as we possibly can without losing our business and our employees’ livelihoods.

We appreciate the patience and understanding some of our customers have shown, and we are making a promise that we will get back to all our customers with integrity and sincerity.

From their dealings with me it would appear they are bankrupt and I am asking my attorneys to apply for their liquidation. I f there are other people who are in a similar position and would like to join my application, please let me know.
