Manicaa - DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM

Bought goods over a year ago - everything was delivered except the most expensive item that was out of stock - they asked if I wanted to have a Credit or refund and I chose the refund option. This never happened. months and many emails later I asked if I can order something else and they said yes with pleasure. I placed my order immediately and again months and plenty emails and threats from my side to go to social media and still nothing has happened. Well I have posted on Facebook now on my profile and apparently I am not the only person with a problem! Well I suppose that I can just forget about ever weeing my money or goods! Last email was not even answered!!!
