I actually want to award a zero rating for this online company. I have placed an order and made payment for a biofuel fireplace in June 2022, and up till today I have not received the item. I had to enquire about the status in June and August 2022, after which they rep**** that the order has been delayed but still on its way. In April 2023, I requested to be refunded, but have not had any feedback since… I do not recommend using this online company at all. I feel ****** and very disappointed.
