I ordered an item for grooming which cost quite a lot. I was informed the order was delayed and would be delivered soon. The order was placed in February and we are now 23 May. Delivery was supposed to take place on the 8th as per the last email. I have been phoning the call center for the last hour. I am first in line and then I get cut off. If you send follow up emails and then you get an email to say, thank you for your order! You cannot speak to them (phoned 5 times this morning and got cut off every time when 1st in line), your emails are ignored and your money has been taken. Order #***
