Ordered an oven bulb (R99.00) from Maanica and made payment via eft. After a few days of waiting did not receive a response so attempted to call their “Call Centre”. It was constantly engaged. I proceeded to research the company and read horror stories about other consumers experiences. I relegated myself to the possibility that I will never receive the bulb and was being **********. To my absolute delight, I started receiving updates on delivery and after about 3 weeks received the bulb via a reliable courier delivery. The package was well wrapped. A great ending. Thank you Maanica for honoring the deal but please improve your customer care.
