Long outstanding Refund

Would definitely not recommend. Placed and paid for my order #*** in November 2022, the notified me the product is out of stock. There after I requested a refund in 02 Dec 2022. They advised me on the 7th of Dec that my refund will be processed. I Followed up on the 30th of Dec 2022 and just received an email that the matter is "escelated to finance". It is not the 1st of Feb 2023 and I have still not received my refund even after my multiple attempt of following up.
