Impossible to get hold of or get a refund
If I could give less than a 1 star I would. The items I requested were no longer stocked, and I have attempted several times to get a refund since July. The only way you can contact them is via the website chat. I have given them my banking details several times and get told that it will take 10 days to process. Why does it take 10 business days for a refund to be processed, but debits your card is instantaneously?
