I would not even give you ONE star!!!

`I have placed an order and I have not received it! The courier guy has informed me TWICE that there is NOTHING to collect! I have tried to sort it out over the phone, but it seems as though I have been blocked!!! I can't even phone anymore!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK IF YOU CANNOT GIVE ME THE PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ORDERED!!!!! I WANT MY PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK AND I EXPECT FEEDBACK WITHIN THE NEXT TWO HOURS!!!
