I want my money back for a solenoid

If ther was a lower rating than 1 star I would give it to Manicaa. I ordered a car part on the 2 May and Iwas told to expect it around the first week of July, after the first week of July I received nothing from them, not even a correspondance and when I email them they responded saying they would resend it on the first week of September.. september came and passed still nothing so I decided ro cancel my order and want my money back. They asked dor my banking details which I gave but to this day the don't respond to my emails and they don't correspond to me. Manicaa does not respect the customers and they love to insult customers' interlligence. How can they say the iterm is in stock while they fully know that they are selling something they don't have. I want my money back from manicaa.
