Horrible delivery service
The service delivery is really really poor. I got some kind of assistance last week after writing another bad review on HelloPeter (which got deleted) and was I promised further assistance and still nothing. I just want a refund at this point and I'd like it immediately otherwise I think my next step is going to the ombudsman. I will never ever try to make any purchases from this site nor will I suggest this site to anyone. The helpline number goes straight to voicemail and has been from the get-go. I'm really appalled.

As advised from our initial agreement, the dispatch date would be in the week of July 27th to 2nd of August. The tracking number will be available once item has arrived in South Africa and has been dispatched to the courier.
