Horrible customer service

Horrible experience and terrible costumer service. The last time I posted on here the send me an update and demanded that I remove my bad review.

This time I will not remove it.

I ordered 3 of exactly the same items at the end of January, I received one of the 3 items about 2 weeks ago, I emailed them on the same day asking for an update on the other 2 items but as per their “excellent” customer service I still haven’t heard from them.

I would have given them a negative rating if it was possible.

I will never make use of them again.
